Automatic Date Syrup Equipment Production Line In Progress

The sales department of our company has recently received a complete equipment production line order about date syrup in Iraq, and this project has attracted great attention from our leadership and the engineering department from the beginning of the order negotiation;

Iraq is considered the birthplace of the date palm,Iraq dates are known for their high quality and are a symbol of the country,Dates are a rich source of potassium and a moderate source of pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, magnesium, and manganese. However,the date industry in Iraq has not been able to realise its full potential due to limitations in processing technology and facilities, the entry of SHJUMP will bring new opportunities for the development of the date industry in Iraqi.

The whole processing line of date syrup including raw date washing,sorting,pre-cooking,pulping & pitting,extracting,filtering, concentrating,filling and packaging.

The date syrup processing equipment is currently in full swing. We can see that the CIP system, the RO system and the enzyme tanks are in a state of near completion.

Reverse Osmosis (RO) is a water treatment process that removes contaminants from water by using pressure to force water molecules through asemipermeable membrane.During this process, the contaminants are filtered out and flushed away, leaving clean, delicious drinking water. With water pressure as the driving force, energy consumption is the lowest among many treatment methods.No need for large amount of chemical treatment, no elimination of chemical waste liquid, no environmental pollution, and the recovery rate is over 70%.High automation program, automatic stop in case of ailure, with automatic protection function.The system is simple, easy to operate, and the water quality is stable.Equipment covers small area, compact structure, reliable operation and high water quality.

Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems are automated systems used to clean the interior surfaces of food and beverage process pipes, processing vessels, tanks, spiral freezers, mixers, blenders, homogenizers, roasters and associated fittings, without disassembling the process. Thorough, repeatable in-place cleaning is critical to the quality of your product, the safety of consumers-and your bottom line.

More machines and equipments are being produced on the production line, meanwhile the salesman in charge of this project is also in close communication with the Iraqi customer, reporting the production progress to the customer in time;

At the same time, we are also in communication with the logistics department to ensure that the logistics can arrive in Iraq safely and punctually.We are looking forward to the early completion of this fully automated date palm syrup production line; We will also provide the necessary training to the local Iraqi staff after the subsequent shipment to ensure that they can operate the new equipment and start production smoothly; This is a win-win project, we have also achieved the further expansion of business in the Iraqi market, while at the same time modernising the local agriculture in Iraq;
