1.Equipment Description

SHJUMP, is specializing in aseptic filling technology for fruit juice, fruit jam, dairy products, biomedical products. The juice aseptic filling machine adopts to 5L ~ 220L aluminum-plastic composite aseptic bag. We have upgraded the Italian aseptic filling technology. The aseptic filler includes single-headed and double-headed and. We only use Siemens PLC and touch screen for automatic control to ensure the stable operation, accurate measurement and easy handling. The whole filling process is done in a sterile environment that can fully guarantee the material safety .The filling head can move in three dimensions and avoid the high energy consumption and serious instability caused by the traditional lifting platform.

2.Working principle

The juice aseptic filling machine is composed of aseptic filling head, operating system, Human-machine control system, steam protection system, metering system and work platform, with independent control cabinet and simple button box.We adopt Siemens touch screen and programmable controller (PLC) , AirTAC solenoid valve and cylinder, Schneider switch button ,Sinier electromagnetic flowmeter for the measurement system.

The juice aseptic filling machine sterilizes the bag and filling chamber by injecting steam to ensure that the filling chamber is always in a sterile state. Aseptic bags are sterilized, opened, filled and sealed are all carried out in a sterile environment. For double-headed filling machine, its two filling heads switch filling in turn to ensure the material will not be back flowed. The equipment comes with CIP( clean in place), SIP (sterilize in place), and can be linked with the front-end tubular sterilizer, no separate cleaning and sterilization are needed.

 

3.application

The aseptic bag filling machine is suitable for the aseptic filling of juice, jam, pure fruit drinks, wine, beverages, peanut butter , dairy products,herbal drinks, and other fluids.

Applicable bag type: 2L-25 aseptic bag, 200L-220L aseptic vat, 1000L aseptic ton box

Applicable bag spout type: 1 inch ordinary spout, easy-pull spout, butterfly valve spout (VITOP)

 

4.Models

1. BIB(bag in box) aseptic filler :

Suitable for filling 2-25L aseptic winding. The filling accuracy is controlled by a flow meter.

2.BID(bag in drum)aseptic filler:

Suitable for barrel filling of 25-220L aseptic bags. Filling accuracy is measured by weight sensor or flow meter

3.IBC(Intermediate bulk container)aseptic filler:

Suitable for 1000L aseptic bag ton box. The filling accuracy is measured by a weighing system.

 

5.Features:

6. Configuration

The aseptic filler is composed of aseptic filling system, weight measurement system, CIP cleaning system, SIP disinfection system, man-machine interface PLC, control system, tube conveying system and operating platform.
