The surface of apple are cleaned by rolling brushed and spraying water,meanwhile the carrot are transported forwards by rotation of brushes slowly. |
2. | Apple Sorting | 1.In order to guarantee the best quality of the final products, rotten and unripe fruits must be discarded. Sorting line allows to efficiently inspect the fruits, by making them slowly rotate on conveyor under the sight of the operators. 2. The machine is equipped with waste conveying system, sending the waste directly outside the factory. |
3. | Apple Peeling and destoning | This flow can be done manually or automatically 1. Manual peeling platform-----Three-layer apple peeling and slicing platform:upper layer for apple receiving,Middle layer for apple slice collecting, lower layer for apple cores and peels 2. apple peeling machine will automatically send apple - fixed apple - peeling apple - remove the apple core - discharging apple.It is widely used in fruit processing area especially for processing dried apple. |
4. | Apple slicing machine | SUS304 Stainless steel, Knife is made from imported material (Switzerland), treated by special technique. Two kinds of knives make the machine could be used as slicer and dicer. Could be adjusted according to different needs, smallest size is 1mm. |

6. | Freeze drying machine | Freezing vacuum drying is a vacuum freezing and drying machine that combines a refrigeration system, a vacuum system, a heat transfer oil heating system, and a moisture discharge system to form a dry structure, which is widely used for drying the material in the tank. Since it is dried in a frozen state, the volume is almost constant, and the original shape is maintained. The dried material is loose and porous, and has a sponge shape. |
7. | Powder grinding machine | Material is cut and crushed by high-speed rotating blade through screw conveyor. Material is transported into cyclone separator by negative pressure air transportation, and material is discharged. Dust is filtered and recovered by vacuum box through bag or filter barrel. No dust is flying in the production process. |
