Aloe Vera Juice:Commercial aloe juice is made by crushing or grinding entire leaves, including the latex portion

Aloe Vera Gel:Commercial aloe vera gel is made without the outer rind and aloe latex. It’s then ground into juice or kept in gel form

Aloe vera powder:dehydrated or spray dried gel. The dried gel is then ground into powder form. Use in: Food and beverages.

Aloe vera capsules:made from the whole leaf and freeze-dried into capsule form. This offers a more concentrated form of aloe vera.

1	aloe vera washing machine	To remove the dirt on the aloe vera Rotary drum structure with spiral brush and spraying water to clean the aloe vera

4	Mechanical filleting machine	the leaf (upper surface facing downwards) is passed over a blade mounted on a table. The upper rind is cut away in one swift movement. The exposed gel surface is then longitudinally sliced from the upper to lower surface but not completely through the lower rind surface so that the curved lower rind becomes flat. The lower rind can now be easily removed by passing it over the blade as before.

9	Grinding machine	to reduce the particle size of the aloe vera gel.A high-speed rotor pushes the fluid through small holes.The sizes of these holes or gaps is adjustable, so that the user can control the level of shear. The higher the shear, the smaller the resulting particle size.

13	Aloe vera Drying machine	Gel fillets can be directly dried by dehydration under a low heat. However, gel liquid is mostly dried either by spray drying or freeze drying. Freeze-drying involves placing frozen gel under a high vacuum. Water sublimes from the frozen gel as it gradually heats. Spray drying involves pumping the gel through a spray dryer chamber. Fluid is sprayed as a fine mist out a series of nozzles through this chamber.
