   WZ type external circulating vacuum evaporation device is mainly composed of tubular heater, evaporation tank, circulation tube and other auxiliary equipment.
   After the feed liquid is heated to the boiling point in the tube of the heater, part of the water vaporizes, so that the heat energy is converted into the upward movement of kinetic energy; At the same time, due to the severe difference between the vapor liquid mixture in the heating tube and the unboiled material liquid in the circulation tube, under the induction of the expansion kinetic energy and the severe difference, a natural circulation of the material liquid is generated (the circulation speed of the material liquid in the heating tube is less than 1m/s), the more heat the material liquid receives, the better the boiling, and the greater the circulation speed. Because it evaporates under the action of vacuum, the evaporation temperature of the material liquid can be controlled below 50 ° C to some extent, and the secondary steam evaporates after being captured by the wire mesh defroster and catcher, and is taken away by the water jet pump after condensation. After centrifugal rotation, the feed liquid in the evaporation irrigation returns to the lower part of the heater along the outer circulation tube for recirculation heating evaporation, so the circulation heating evaporation (about 15-20 minutes), when the required concentration is reached, continuous discharge begins, and continuous feed is also fed at the same time, thus forming a continuous vacuum concentration operation.
