2. Apricot puree products description

Apricot Puree is minimally processed to retain better color and flavor. Our fruit purée concentrates are processed similar to single strength purees. Fresh apricot fruit is washed, scrubbed, sorted, blanched and processed through finishers. After the apricot puree passes through the finishers, the water is then extracted from the product concentrating it up to four times the Brix level before being packaged aseptically or frozen.When used at customer’s facility, product will be diluted with water to achieve desired consistency and Brix level.

Air-blowing washing machine

Special design of surfing and bubbling to ensure a through cleaning and lessening the damage to the fruit as well.

Suitable for many kinds of fruit or vegetables, such as tomatoes, strawberry, apple,mango,etc.

Apricot nylon brushing and spraying cleaning

1.Multi-pieces tapered brush rollers, friction the top and surface of the material at the same time.Staggered adjacent hair rollers run their own,fruits can be rotated 180 degrees.Full friction cleaning materials, no material stockpiling

   Apricot sorting machine

Used in the sorting and conveying of mango, tomato, guava etc. To  select the defective fruit out and put them into the middle conveyor, then go to the waste conveyor. Smooth roller conveying make the fruit rotate along with the forwarding, which will generally avoid the choose negligence

Vacuum deaerator

Used in degassing the apricot puree in vacuum to prevent the oxidization and turning brown, and remove the gas attaching on the suspended particulates.Help to improve the product looking and reduce bubbles for following steps

Vacuum evaporator

1. Composed of tubular heater, vacuum evaporation chamber, multi-stage condenser, pumps (product circulation pump, product input & outlet pump, vacuum pump, water pump), auto PLC control system, valves, meters & gauges, operation platform, and etc.

2.. Main structure with high quality food class stainless steel.

3. Continuous product’s automatic input and output and the final product’s Brix consistency are fully control by PLC system.

Tubular sterilizer

1.Heat the pulp by superheated water till the sterilizing temp and hold the product under the temp for sterilizing the product ,then cool down into filling temperature by cooling water or chilled water

2.Auto backtrack if not enough sterilization
