Fig puree has promising market. It is suitable for the manufacture of bakery items, baby food or as a base for sauces, fig puree is a sweet and thick product which retains all the natural flavour, colour and nutritional value of the raw fruit.
Our processing line can produce fig puree in bulk. Main processing flow including heating the raw fruit, then straining the resultant mixture through a fine sieve to yield a smooth and luxurious final product.And then pasteurizing the products to get a commercially sterilized products. The products can be kept under refrigerating condition or frozen condition depending on different heating condition.
