Apple Washing

1. Apples are fed to the plant in cases, bins, bags or in bulk. A comprehensive washing is essential, as large quantities of mud and stones may be transported together with the product.

2. Waste and sand sink to the bottom and are discharged by our special design, The brush washer is designed and produced according to tubers processing machinery technology. The surface of apples are cleaned by rolling brushed and spraying water, meanwhile the apples are transported forwards by rotation of brushes slowly.

Apple peeling and coring

To produce high-quality apple puree, removing the peel, pips and core is necessary. Our machine can peel, remove core and cut precisely. The blade is anti-friction and durable, apply to food hygienic standard. It is with reasonable structure, easy operation, stable performance, safe and reliable, high efficiency, suitable for food processing factory.

Apple crushing

The apples are chopped before going to the treatment line. The chopping dimensions depend on the required extraction (puree or pressed juice). The chopped apples are heated in a following flow to soften the fibers and to get consequently the maximum juice yield.

Steam cooking machine

Used for pre-heating, deactivating enzyme and Pasteurizing of crushed products.; Adjustable temperature control and automatic return flow function.

Vacuum deaerator

Used in degassing the apple pulp in vacuum to prevent the oxidization and turning brown, and remove the gas attaching on the suspended particulates. Help to improve the product looking and reduce bubbles for following steps

Homogenizer

The homogenizer can homogenize and fine material liquids or make the material liquids by high-pressured spray. When the material liquid is homogenized under high pressure, the liquid delamination can be prevented or reduced while the fineness, cleanliness, looseness and inner quality can be improved.

Apple puree Sterilizing and Aseptic Filling

Apple puree can be sterilized or pasteurized depending by the specific request of the application, by a tubular heat exchanger.

In case of sterilization, the product can be filled in aseptic bag in drums or in box thanks to Aseptic Filling Machine (aseptic carton box, aseptic pouches...), while can be filled in drums or in any type of hot or cold filling machine (glass, PET, Can and BIB).

Bottle filling and capping machine

This system is used for filling and capping of bottle packed fruit jam. The main machine adopts advanced PLC control technology.

Pouch filling and sealing machine

The packing machine is to fill the products into premade bag, stand-up bag with or without zipper.
