The preparation process includes washing, peeling, mashing of ripe fruit, de-stoning, refining and packing. In case of aseptic packing, the pulp is sterilized and packed in aseptic bags.

Banana Washing	1.Bananas are fed to the plant in cases, bins, bags or in bulk. A comprehensive washing is essential, as large quantities of mud and stones may be transported together with the product. 2. Waste and sand sink to the bottom and are discharged by our special design, The brush washer is designed and produced according to tubers processing machinery technology. The surface of mango are cleaned by rolling brushed and spraying water,meanwhile the carrot are transported forwards by rotation of brushes slowly.
Banana ripening chambers	The Major components of Ripening chambers are; RPUF Insulated Panels suitable for Ripening chambers. Insulated leak proof Doors designed for Ripening chambers. Refrigeration rack system with energy-efficient components. Specially Designed evaporators to ensure High humidity & Uniform airflow inside the ripening chamber. Humidifiers are provided to maintain high humidity throughout the ripening process. Electrical Control Panel for Refrigeration rack system. Ethylene generators & Ethylene Gas-discharge systems suitable for single & multiple rooms for ripening processes. CO₂ and Ethylene analyzers to monitor levels of gas in the room. Banana Peeling	This flow can be done manually or automatically 1. Manual banana peeling platform-----Three-layer Banana peeling and slicing platform:upper layer for mango receiving,Middle layer for banana slice collecting, lower layer for banana peels to convey outside 2. Banana peeling machine will automatically send banana - cutting stem - peeling banana - discharging peeled banana.
Banana Crushing	The washed and peeled bananas are chopped before going to the treatment line. The chopping dimensions depend on the required extraction (puree or pressed juice). The chopped bananas are heated in a following flow to soften the fibers and to get consequently the maximum juice yield.
Pre-heater and enzyme deactivation machine	Used for pre-heating,deactivating enzyme and Pasteurizing of crushed products.;Adjustable temperature control and automatic return flow function.

Vacuum deaerator	Used in degassing the banana pulp in vacuum to prevent the oxidization and turning brown, and remove the gas attaching on the suspended particulates.Help to improve the product looking and reduce bubbles for following steps
Homogenizer	The homogenizer can homogenize and fine material liquids or make the material liquids by high-pressured spray. When the material liquid is homogenized under high pressure, the liquid delamination can be prevented or reduced while the fineness, cleanliness, looseness and inner quality can be improved.
Banana puree Sterilizing and Aseptic Filling	Banana puree can be sterilized or pasteurized depending by the specific request of the application, by a tubular heat exchanger. In case of sterilization, the product can be filled in aseptic bag in drums or in box thanks to Aseptic Filling Machine (aseptic carton box, aseptic pouches...), while can be filled in drums or in any type of hot or cold filling machine (glass, PET, Can and BIB).
