1. Peach puree

Peach puree is a thick, smooth product which undergoes minimal processing to ensure a natural taste and nutrition profile.

It is made simply by applying a gentle heat treatment to the fruit, then passing the broken-down peaches through a fine sieve for a smooth and luxurious final product.

In retaining all of the peach’s natural juice and flesh, the puree maintains the peach’s fresh sweet flavour and subtle colour – making it an ideal ingredient in smoothies and juices, bakery products and patisserie, desserts, baby food and more.

Simple to move in higher volumes, peach concentrate can be a cost-effective way for drinks manufacturers to capture the delicious sweet taste, colour and aroma of ripe peaches – and, despite the additional processing, much of the nutritional benefits of the fruit remains intact too.

peach concentrate is made by heating the peach juice to evaporate off a proportion of the peach’s water content – leaving a condensed solution roughly six times stronger than a regular juice.

The peach concentrate can later be returned to its single strength state by re-adding the water at the final processing point.

Homogenizer


The Homogenizer can homogenize and fine material liquids or make the material liquids by high-pressured spray. When the material liquid is homogenized under high pressure, the liquid delamination can be prevented or reduced while the fineness, cleanliness, looseness and inner quality can be improved.

For high quality clarified peach juice, depending upon the application, clarification can be performed by an enzymatic treatment group followed either by Vacuum Filter or by Ultrafiltration. Both systems are designed to reach a very low degree of turbidity, preserving the organoleptic properties (color, taste, aroma, etc.) of fresh apples.

Peach juice Ultra-filtration

Ultrafiltration is a pressurized membrane separation technology. Under certain pressure, small molecule solute and solvent pass through the apertures of a special film, while the large molecules leave one side of the membrane. In this way, the large molecule content get purified. Ultrafiltration is a membrane separation technique that adopts pressure to separate large and small molecules.

Falling Film Evaporator is applied to produce concentrated peach juice

1. Optionally, juice can be concentrated. Our Falling Film evaporator is particularly suitable for the production of concentrated carrot juices up to the BRIX values required by the market.

Peach juice Sterilizing and Aseptic Filling


1. The juice concentrated, can be sterilized or pasteurized depending by the specific request of the application, by a tubular heat exchanger.

2. In case of sterilization, the product can be filled in aseptic bag in drums or in box thanks to Aseptic Filling Machine (aseptic carton box, aseptic pouches...), while can be filled in drums or in any type of hot or cold filling machine (glass, PET, Can and BIB).
