1. Reconstituted Fruit Juice Production Line project overview:

 

The juice concentrate, e.g. FCOJ (Frozen Concentrated Orange Juice), is typically made close to where the fruit is grown, and then shipped as a liquid commodity to the juice production facilities closer to the consumers. The delivered juice concentrate is stored in tanks and from there fed into a mixing container for further processing. Here, the juice is very precisely metered in, and diluted with water: other substances such as sugar solution and flavourings are also added. The sugar is first dissolved in water in a complex process in order to maintain a constant known sugar concentration and thus ensure consistent product quality. In the next step, the juice mixture is pasteurised by briefly heating it to 85 - 94°C using a heat exchanger. This reduces the number of germs still present, and prepares the juice for filling, as hot filling also ensures sterility.

Water treatment system

The water treatment unit adopts hydergic membrane imported from the United States, with high filtration efficiency; The whole machine is made of food grade stainless steel 304, which is hygienic, environmentally friendly and durable. Ingredient preparation system

A wide range of solid or liquid minor ingredients is used to prepare the drinks.The system can run the receiving, storage, dosage and transfer of all solid and liquid ingredients.

Mixing system

Special mixing stirrers (vertical agitator, JET MIX systems, low speed multi-blade agitator, single blade agitator, counter-rotating shaft agitator, etc.), ensure perfect homogeneity of the product being mixed, even at low temperature and in presence of pulp, fruit pieces or suspended particles.

The tanks may be equipped with any type of accessory and electronic control instrument. The whole machine is made of food grade stainless steel 304, with escalator, manhole, liquid level gauge, etc., which is safe, environment-friendly and durable.

Carbonated-water mixer

It is used for carbonation and proportional mixing of various aerated beverages (water, syrup, carbon dioxide). The machine adopts the advanced technology of chemical industry - static mixer (i.e. carbonizer), which has large gas-liquid mass transfer area, small resistance loss, high efficiency, low energy consumption and simple structure.

Filling system

The 3 in 1 filling machine adopts advanced technologies such as man-machine interface touch screen control, PLC computer program control, frequency converter control and so on; It adopts isobaric filling, with high filling precision, and can be applied to bottles of various specifications and sizes.

Packing system

CIP cleaning system

It is suitable for on-site cleaning of material pipeline equipment in dairy factories, breweries, beverage and general food factories.
