Production Description

Continuous belt air dryer is a continuous drying equipment. The main heating sources include electric heating, steam heating, and hot air heating. It is suitable for drying materials of various forms such as flakes, cylinders, blocks, etc., with large heat transfer area and air permeability.good, long service life, large drying capacity.

Working Principle

The material is spread evenly on the conveyor belt by the feeder, and moved in the continuous belt air dryer by the transmission device. The dryer is composed of several units, each unit circulates the hot air independently, part of the exhaust gas is exhausted by a dedicated exhaust fan, and each unit is controlled by a regulating valve when the exhaust gas is discharged. The hot air passes from top to bottom or from bottom to top through the chain plates covered with materials to complete the process of heat and mass transfer and take away the moisture of the materials. The mesh belt moves slowly, the running speed can be adjusted freely according to the temperature of the material, and the dried product continuously falls into the receiver. The upper and lower circulation units can be flexibly equipped according to user needs, and the number of units can also be selected according to needs.

Features

1. Equipped with automatic tensioning device, the mesh belt runs smoothly and can be turned freely, thus solving the phenomenon of chain drop, chain jam, deviation and so on.

2. The screen is woven into a mesh with heat-resistant steel wire, which has high strength, is not easy to deform, and has good air permeability.

3. The mesh belt is driven by a speed-adjusting motor, and the running speed can be adjusted as required to control the drying time. The temperature of each section in the dryer is displayed digitally, which is convenient for mastering and controlling the temperature in the kiln.

4. hot air from bottom-up and top-down cross through material, increase the contact area with the hot air of material, improve drying speed.

5. At the bottom of the inner cavity full welding, rounded corners, makes the machine in working condition with the outside world without wind phenomenon, convenient cleaning and ensure no water inside the equipment.

6. Continuous Belt Air Dryer is equipped with mandatory dehumidification , most using hot air recycling to save energy, part of the air discharged from chamber to ensure product quality.

7. Using with fully enclosed structure, ensuring material is not contaminated, improve the thermal efficiency, improve working conditions.
