The hot air drying cabinet is a shelf-tray type batch drying equipment. It is widely used in the drying of powder, granular and block materials in pharmaceuticals, traditional Chinese medicine, vegetables, food, etc. It has lower noise, reliable operation, controllable temperature, and easy operation. It uses a special high-volume axial flow fan to work independently, through the built-in electric heating tube, equipped with high-power thyristor controller, PID digital display intelligent temperature controller, relay and other advanced control devices to achieve high temperature control accuracy and realize appointment time Functions, automatic constant temperature, automatic dehumidification, automatic alarm for over-temperature, and temperature control when stepped control are optional, making the control more user-friendly and automated.
Working principle
The hot air drying cabinet uses air as carrier, steam or electric power or hot air stove as heat source. After the cold air entering from outside, the oven is heated by the exchanger, it is forced to circulate and flow through the drying plate and advection with the material in the drying plate for heat exchange. And take away the moisture (moisture) emitted by the material, and return to the heat exchanger (steam heating, electric heating) to heat up again. After several cycles, the moisture in the hot air increases and the ability to absorb moisture in the material decreases. At this time, the moisture exhaust valve needs to be opened to remove part of the high-humidity hot air, and part of the low-temperature cold air is sucked in to achieve the purpose of continuous drying of the material.

2. Operation temperature: steam, 50-140°C. Max.150°C, electricity,50~350°C. The temperature can be controlled automatically.Moreover it can be recorded through recorder.
3. The inner wall of oven body is fully welded. Each transition adopts circular arc and no dead.
4. The seal property of whole machine is good. Being adopted unique guide rail seal apparatus, the seal property can be guaranteed.
5. The air inlet is equipped with high effective air filter and the damp exhaust outlet is equipped with middle effective air filter.
