Working principle
In Falling--film evaporation, evaporation system can be made up of single-effect, 2-effect, 3-effect, 4-effect,5-effect, 6-effect according to the property of compressed material and customer's request.
The material is fed from the channel of the heating chamber. After the distribution and film forming device, it is evenly distributed to the heat-exchanging tube. Under the effect of gravity, vacuum-inducement and air-stream, the material forms an uniform film and flows from up to down. During the flowing process, the material is heated and vaporized by the heating medium in the shell. The steam and liquid phase released will enter the separation chamber of the evaporator to separate the steam and liquid thoroughly. The steam enters the condenser to condense (single operation) or enters the next stage of the evaporator as heating medium, thus to achieve multiply stage operation and liquid phase discharged by the separation chamber.

4. Big evaporation ratio makes the viscous liquid material can be easily flowed and evaporated.Will not scaling easily, short concentration time and high concentration ratio up to 1: 5.
