Working principle:
When the material is pumped into the pipe of the preheater by the screw pump, the steam valve connected to the heater is opened, and steam is introduced. Under the driving force of the pump, the material is evenly distributed in each evaporation tube, and at the same time it heats steam or heat outside the tube. The water undergoes heat exchange, and the material liquid is quickly heated. After the material reaches a certain temperature, the material is discharged into the next process or into the cooling section.
