The double-stage pulper produced by our company is based on fully learning the design principles of Italian and other international leading brands, using aerospace technology and military equipment to manufacture the most advanced working principle and the highest manufacturing precision of the turbo refiner in China. It has high pulping rate, convenient operation, large capacity and stable performance. It is mainly used for separating pulp of tomato, peach, apricot, mango, apple, kiwi, strawberry, hawthorn and other fruit and vegetable from their seeds and peels . Our company integrates the unique conical screen structure of Italy, which effectively increases the juice yield of the original juice by 2%-3%. Customers can choose a single-pass beater or a double-pass beater according to their own needs, and customize the screen aperture of the beater according to the process requirements.

3. Working principle
The motor of fruit pulping and refining machine is driven by a belt to make the scraper installed on the spline shaft rotate at high speed. When the crushed fruit enters the machine through the feed port, the baffle plate will evenly discharge the material to the scraper and the screen. Due to the rotation of the scraper and the existence of the lead angle, the material moves along the cylinder to the outlet end, and the moving track is in a spiral shape. The material is affected by the centrifugal force during the movement between the scraper and the screen cylinder. Grated, the juice and meat (have become pulp) are sent to the next process through the sieve, (the double-pass beater repeats the above process), the skin and seeds are discharged from the slag hopper to achieve automatic separation the goal of. As long as the screens of different specifications are changed and the lead angle of the scraper is adjusted, different beating speeds can be changed to obtain satisfactory results.
