In particular, carrot juice has been studied most so far as a widespread and popular source of β-carotene.

1). Carrot puree

Carrot puree can be supplied frozen or aseptic as semi-finished products to whole-seller.

Minimal processing is required to make our carrot puree. The carrots are simply washed and peeled, then heated to break down insoluble fibres.The carrot is then pushed through a sieve for a smooth, thick final product.


2). Carrot juice and carrot juice concentrate:

Wholly natural and packed with nutritional benefits, NFC carrot juice blends perfectly with fruit juices for healthy smoothies and nutrient-rich juices, and can also be used in a whole host of food applications.

Not from concentrate carrot juice is made with minimal processing, reaching you full of natural fresh flavour and colour. It’s simply juiced and then pasteurized to control the microbiological load, with nothing added or taken away.

This means the juice retains the full natural goodness of the carrot, helping add an exceptional nutritional profile to your end products.

Carrot concentrate is made by heating the carrot’s natural juices to remove a proportion of the water content. The resultant mixture is significantly stronger than an NFC carrot juice, but also smaller in volume – making it easier for producers to transport.

Once the carrot concentrate reaches its end processing point, it can either be used in its strengthened state, or returned to a juice by re-adding the water.

Descriptions

Carrot topper

The automatic carrot topper consists of an feeding hopper with singulation system, a special conveyor, aligning belts and a knife platform. The conveyor are mounted on heavy-duty drive belts on both sides of the machine. Mounted above the hopper is a unique driven levelling unit to ensure a single depth of carrots are delivered onto the stepped singulation elevator.

The simulations system positions the carrots in the trays. These trays then pass over the aligning belts, which are mounted on the underside of the machine. The aligning belts transport the carrots firstly to the left and then to the right, where they are topped or tailed depending on orientation.

Carrot Receiving system

Wet Hoppers (with or without stone remover): considerably improve the quality of washing and cleaning in the final stages of the processing line.

They can receive the harvest either dirty or clean and allow its rapid discharge from boxes, trucks or other containers without the risk of damage. In the version with stone remover, they have the additional advantage of removal of crushed stone and clods: the machine serves as a pre-immersion and dirt/debris collection system, preventing the transfer of such material to other equipment of the production line.

Roller Brush washing and peeling machine

This washing and peeling machine can wash and peel various kinds of root vegetables.Vegetable processing machinery By using the rotating brushes to wash or remove the mud attached to the carrots. There're spray pipes above the machine, it can spray material to be clean at the same time. At regular intervals, open the discharge door, then the material discharges automatically.


Carrot Chopping machine


The washed and peeled carrots are chopped before going to the treatment line. The chopping dimensions depend on the required extraction (puree or pressed juice).

Carrot cooking machine

The chopped carrots are heated in a cooker to soften the fibers and to get consequently the maximum juice yield.

1. Optionally, juice can be concentrated. Our Falling Film evaporator is particularly suitable for the production of concentrated carrot juices up to the BRIX values required by the market.

2. Forced circulation evaporator: Continuous concentration under vacuum and low temperature.

Carrot sterilizer

1.Heat the pulp by superheated water till the sterilizing temp and hold the product under the temp for sterilizing the product ,then cool down into filling temperature by cooling water or chilled water

Aseptic Filling


1. The juice concentrated, can be sterilized or pasteurized depending by the specific request of the application, by a tubular heat exchanger.

2. In case of sterilization, the product can be filled in aseptic bag in drums or in box thanks to Aseptic Filling Machine (aseptic carton box, aseptic pouches...), while can be filled in drums or in any type of hot or cold filling machine (glass, PET, Can and BIB).
