Key machines	Descriptions
Mango Washing	Mangos are fed to the plant in cases, bins, bags or in bulk. A comprehensive washing is essential, as large quantities of mud and stones may be transported together with the product. 2. Waste and sand sink to the bottom and are discharged by our special design, The brush washer is designed and produced according to tubers processing machinery technology. The surface of mango are cleaned by rolling brushed and spraying water,meanwhile the carrot are transported forwards by rotation of brushes slowly.
Mango Sorting	1.In order to guarantee the best quality of the final products, rotten and unripe fruits must be discarded. Sorting line allows to efficiently inspect the fruits, by making them slowly rotate on conveyor under the sight of the operators. 2. The machine is equipped with waste conveying system, sending the waste directly to tank.
Mango Peeling and destoning	This flow can be done manually or automatically 1. Manual peeling platform-----Three-layer mango peeling and slicing platform:upper layer for mango receiving,Middle layer for mango slice collecting, lower layer for mango cores and peels 2. Mango peeling machine will automatically send mango - fixed mango - peeling mango - remove the mango core - discharging mango.It is widely used in fruit processing area especially for processing dried mango.
Sugar Dipping Soaking (optional)	This process is optional depends on whether you organic sugar-free dried fruit or candied fruit. Vacuum cooker is widely used in sugar saturated dried fruits for industrial purpose. Its aims to increase efficiency for each batch within short time. The vacuum working environment maintains original fresh color of fruits and no damages to their nutrition, and can definitely decrease timing for saturation by 30% comparing with in normal working pressure.
