1. 70 brix Pear Juice Concentrate is a pure juice concentrate, made from 100% pure fruit juice. Only the water is evaporated, leaving behind pure juice.
2. It is all natural, no added sugar, no preservative or other additives.
3. The average single strength is 12.0 brix.
4. The approximate dilution rate is 1:6.
5. 51%,yielding roughly 1.75+ gallons of single strength juice per quart.
