Raw Material Cleaning Section: Employing a triple-stage cleaning process of "bubble washing + high-pressure spraying + brush roller cleaning," first agitating with bubbles to remove surface dirt and sand from apples. Residual pesticides are then rinsed away via high-pressure spraying. Finally, soft brush rollers wipe the fruit skin to ensure a clean, contaminant-free surface with a 99.8% cleaning efficiency.
Crushing and Pressing Section: A twin-screw crushing system pulverizes washed apples into pulp, which is immediately conveyed to a hydraulic constant-pressure press. The resulting pomace has ≤65% moisture content and can be repurposed as feedstock, achieving resource recycling.


Clarification and Filtration Stage: The pulp first undergoes low-temperature enzymatic hydrolysis in an enzyme tank (with automatically controlled enzyme dosage), then is pumped into a plate-and-frame filter for fine filtration to produce preliminary clarified juice. This juice further passes through an ultrafiltration system to remove macromolecules, enhancing juice
Sterilization and Filling Section: Employing pasteurization at 85-90°C for 30 seconds, this process eliminates harmful microorganisms (e.g., E. coli, mold) while maximizing retention of nutrients like vitamin C. The sterilized juice immediately enters an aseptic filling system compatible with various packaging formats-PET bottles, glass bottles, Tetra Pak cartons-to meet diverse market demands.
