1. NFC Strawberry juice

Strawberry Juice is a refreshing fresh fruit juice that is full of vitamin C and antioxidants and lot of invigorating flavor. It is 100% natural product, not-from-concentrate strawberry juice reaches you full of flavour, colour and all the natural goodness of the raw fruit. It’s not only a great-tasting ingredient, but a great source of nutrition for a wide range of products including smoothies, blended juices, bakery products, jellies and fruit snacks.

2. Strawberry juice concentrate:

Strawberry concentrate is effectively strawberry juice which has been heated to remove a proportion of the fruit's water content. Increased in strength but reduced in volume, it can be transported cost-effectively before the water is re-added at the final processing point to create strawberry juice from concentrate.

Machines to produce NFC strawberry juice:
Air-blowing washing machine	1 Used to wash fresh tomato, strawberry, mango, etc. 2 Special design of surfing and bubbling to ensure a thorough cleaning and lessening the damage to the fruit as well.
Strawberry sorting machine	Used in the sorting and conveying of fruits. To select the defective fruit out and put them into the middle conveyor, then go to the waste conveyor. Smooth roller conveying make the fruit rotate along with the forwarding, which will generally avoid the choose negligence

Homogenizer	The Homogenizer can homogenize and fine material liquids or make the material liquids by high-pressured spray. When the material liquid is homogenized under high pressure, the liquid delamination can be prevented or reduced while the fineness, cleanliness, looseness and inner quality can be improved.
Machines to produced clarified concentrated strawberry juice:
Strawberry juice Emzmolysis Tank	For high quality clarified strawberry juice, depending upon the application, clarification can be performed by an enzymatic treatment group followed either by Vacuum Filter or by Ultrafiltration. Both systems are designed to reach a very low degree of turbidity, preserving the organoleptic properties (color, taste, aroma, etc.) of fresh apples.
Strawberry juice Ultra-filtration	Ultrafiltration is a pressurized membrane separation technology. Under certain pressure, small molecule solute and solvent pass through the apertures of a special film, while the large molecules leave one side of the membrane. In this way, the large molecule content get purified. Ultrafiltration is a membrane separation technique that adopts pressure to separate large and small molecules.
Strawberry juice Evaporator	Falling Film Evaporator is applied to produce concentrated strawberry juice 1. Optionally, juice can be concentrated. Our Falling Film evaporator is particularly suitable for the production of concentrated carrot juices up to the BRIX values required by the market. 2. Forced circulation evaporator: Continuous concentration under vacuum and low temperature.

Strawberry juice sterilizing and aseptic Filling	1. The juice concentrated, can be sterilized or pasteurized depending by the specific request of the application, by a tubular heat exchanger. 2. In case of sterilization, the product can be filled in aseptic bag in drums or in box thanks to Aseptic Filling Machine (aseptic carton box, aseptic pouches...), while can be filled in drums or in any type of hot or cold filling machine (glass, PET, Can and BIB).
Three-in-one bottle filling machine	This washing filling capping machine can be used for juice filling.It adopts hanging type conveying-bottle structure to make changing bottle model more convenient, faster andeasier. The main machine adopts advanced PLC control technology. The key electric elements adopt international famous products.
Brick carton filling machine	This machine is to fill sterilized liquid food into brick-shaped carton packages made of Paper/AL/PE laminated materials in aseptic condition.
