Mulberry Juice Production Line

Mulberry juice production line equipment is specially designed for mulberries and other berries (such as blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, etc.), and can produce clear juice, cloudy juice, concentrated juice, jam and mixed beverages. This production line is made of food-grade 304/316 stainless steel and complies with GMP hygiene standards. It is suitable for small and medium-sized experiments and industrial production needs.

1.Raw material pretreatment
- Cleaning system: Bubble cleaning machine + spray device to remove impurities and ensure the cleanliness of raw materials.
- Fruit inspection and crushing: After manual sorting, a bag juicer or a belt juicer is selected based on the processing capacity, with a juice yield as high as 80%.

2. Juicing and enzymatic hydrolysis
- Preheating and enzyme inactivation: Inactivate oxidase, protect color and flavor.
- Enzymatic filtration: Use a horizontal screw separator or ultrafiltration system to obtain clear juice.

3. Blending and sterilization
- Homogenization and degassing: Enhance taste and prevent oxidation.
- UHT sterilization: Instantaneous high-temperature sterilization (120℃ to 135℃), preserving flavor.

4. Filling and packaging
- Fully automatic filling machine: Supports various packaging forms such as PET bottles, glass bottles, and sterile large bags, ensuring filling accuracy to the greatest extent.
- Labeling and palletizing: Automated completion of finished product packaging.

• Flexible customization: The production capacity covers 0.5 tons/day to 20 tons/day, and the process can be adjusted according to demand (such as concentrated juice 65~72Brix).
• Automation control: PLC system (Siemens) + CIP cleaning, one-click operation, reducing labor costs.
