The bowl juice extractor(juicer) is a more suitable press for citrus fruits. It is suitable for the juicing of citrus fruits with a diameter of 35-100mm and a shape of nearly round. Different grades of citrus are pressed through a diagonal belt feeder into a matching bowl juicer.
Working principle
The orange fruit is first dropped into the press cup, while the hemispherical upper press cup is dropped for pressing. During the juice pressing process, a disk-shaped cutter cuts a hole at the top and bottom of the orange fruit, and then the upper cup puts continuous pressure on the pulp to push the hole cut out at the bottom into a round bucket with holes. Then the piston device puts pressure on the pulp to discharge the juice and fruit from the air of the cylinder.
