Aseptic Filling Machine

Aseptic filling machine mainly consists of aseptic filling head, operating system, man-machine control system, steam protection system, metering system and workbench, etc., with an independent control cabinet and simple button box, touch screen and programmable controller (PLC) using Germany Siemens, solenoid valves and cylinders using Yadebridge, switch buttons using Schneider; metering system using the Sinew Electromagnetic flowmeter, the use of aluminum-plastic composite aseptic bag (5L-220L).
The aseptic  filling machine uses steam jet method to sterilize the bag mouth and filling chamber to ensure that the filling chamber is always in a sterile state, the aseptic bag mouth sterilization, opening, filling and sealing are completed in a sterile environment. Double-head filling machine filling time is two filling head switch filling, filling material zero reflux (such as head one in the filling at the same time, the head two do bagging action, bagging completed after the completion of the jet steam on the bag mouth sterilization, to be the head of the end of the first filling, the aseptic valve switches to the head of the second filling), the equipment comes with a CIP cleaning, SIP sterilization action process, can be realized with the front-end sterilization machine linkage, no need for separate cleaning and sterilization.

•  Aseptic filling of juices and purees: After processing, juices and purees need to be filled aseptically to prevent microbial contamination and extend shelf life. Aseptic filling machines ensure that juices and purees do not come into contact with airborne microorganisms during the filling process, preserving the product's original flavor and nutritional content.
• Filling of fruit and vegetable pastes and jams: These products contain high moisture and nutrients, making them susceptible to microbial contamination. Aseptic filling machines provide a sterile environment to ensure product safety and quality.
