General description
The linear filling machine is ideally suited for filling a diverse range of liquid products such as food & beverage and is equipped with 2-16 heads. These fillers are ruggedly designed, yet precision built, for long trouble-free operation. This series will fill product volumes from 50 to 1000 ml with a single stroke (depending on cylinder and piston sizing) into metal, plastic, glass or rigid paper containers. Larger fills are attainable with multiple strokes into the same container. Product viscosities may range from 1-100,000 centipoises and above. With proper nozzle and cylinder sizing, this machine guarantees accuracies of +\- 1/2 of 1% of the fill volume.

Working principle:
Bottles are positioned in the linear filling machine by a feed screw. A diving nozzle system provides bottom-up filling on a range from 0-4" (101.6mm). This system eliminates the need to change cams and speeds up changeover. A drop control mechanism eliminates a hanging drop at the completion of the fill cycle.
The PLC controls intermittent bottle handling through the timing feeding screw. This feeding screw can be set to multidose, which provides maximum production for large fills, or when running foamy products.

6.When there is foam generate during filling, the filling method can be adjusted, the filling head can go into bottle bottom to fill;
7. The machine is set with automatic absorbing system, the extra liquid will be absorbed into filling head, no liquid will be outside of bottle and in filing machine;
