General Description:
The Water immersion Pasteurizer is widely used in pasteurizing various types of packed products in pouches or tubes, glass bottle or PP/PE bottles and tin cans, such as meat products, sausages, canned fruit, fruit juice drinks, vegetable juice drinks, pickles, pickled vegetables, fruit and vegetable sauce, mustard, wild vegetables, jam, jelly, soy products, dairy products and other canned food products. How does the Water Immersion Pasteurizer work?
The machine is used to sterilize the finished products. The packaged products are placed on the stainless steel conveyor belt and transported into the sterilization tank. Products should be conveyed into cooling tank by the mesh belt conveyor and cooled evenly as soon as sterilized by high temperature water. With the continuous operation of the equipment, the sterilized products are sent to the next process.
