Sugarcane Juice Processing And Filling Project in Thailand

We have completed a sugarcane juice processing and filling line in Thailand.The line included a sugarcane pre-treatment system: sugarcane loading, washing, juice extracting,mixing, juice sterilizing, PET bottle rinsing-filling-capping mono-bloc, cooling tunnel, sleeve labeling machine, label shrinking machine, coding machine, automatic PE film shrinking and wrapping machine, automatic carton packaging and sealing machine and automatic CIP system etc. Also, the factory can also manufacture pineapple juice, mango orange juice etc.

We highly appreciated customer's support during the installation and commissioning. Professional local engineering team for welding, polishing and cabling speed up the commissioning process. The line was soon setup and received by customer.
