JUICE OF FC/NFC/HPP

FC

Concentrated reduced juice (FC) refers to the product obtained by adding the same amount of water to the concentrated juice that is lost in the process of fruit juice concentration.

What usually appears on the ingredient list: water, fruit juice concentrate. 100% pure juice refers to the proportion of water added when concentrated juice is reduced, so it is also called From Concentrate, referred to as FC juice.

NFC

NFC is the abbreviation of English Not From Concentrate, Chinese called "non-concentrated reduced juice", "NFC juice" is directly pasteurized after juice extraction, processed in a low temperature environment.

Compared with concentrated juice, the process generally subtracts the steps of composition adjustment and concentration, mainly sterilization and filling, which does not evaporate water.

HPP

HPP uses ultra-high pressure sterilization, putting the canned fresh juice into a sealed container, using water as a medium, and applying 400 to 600 mpa ultra-high pressure sterilization, which kills more than 99.999% of the bacteria, mold and yeast in the juice, and makes the taste fresh as before, and most of the vitamins and minerals can be intact.
