What Does This Equipment Do?

 

After fruit is pulped or juice is extracted, the juice or puree contains a considerable amount of dissolved air and oxygen. If it is filled directly without removing the air, several problems can occur:

  • The juice can oxidize quickly and turn brown, affecting its color and flavor.

 

  • Continuous foaming during filling can lead to poor sealing and a higher return rate.

 

  • Shelf life can be significantly reduced, making it difficult to pass export inspection requirements.

The Vacuum Degassing Machine is specifically designed to solve these problems. Under vacuum conditions, it removes air and oxygen from the product, helping the juice retain its fresh color and flavor, reducing foaming during filling, and extending shelf life.

It is a key piece of pre-processing equipment installed after pulping in the processing line and is used together with equipment such as homogenizers and sterilizers.

3. Can It Pass Food Hygiene Inspections?

All parts of the machine that come into contact with the product are made of 304 food-grade stainless steel. Both internal and external welds are polished, with no dead corners.

The tank can be equipped with CIP automatic cleaning spray balls, allowing the equipment to be cleaned in place without disassembly.

It complies with the hygiene requirements of food processing plants for export, and also meets EHEDG hygienic design requirements.
