What is NFC orange juice
NFC (Not From Concentrate) orange juice is made by directly pressing fresh oranges, sterilizing and bottling them. It contains no additives or concentrates, and retains the natural flavor, vitamins and nutrients of oranges to the greatest extent. There are many product forms of NFC orange juice. You can choose customized services according to your own needs.

NFC juice production process
- Raw Material sorting
Fresh oranges are washed and optically sorted to remove rotten fruits and impurities.
- Low-temperature pressing
The whole fruit is pressed at a low temperature (≤45℃) to prevent high temperature from spoiling the flavor. Coarse filtration is used to remove the fruit residue and seeds.
- Ultrafine filtration
Multi-stage membrane filtration removes suspended solids, preserving the natural color and soluble fibers of the juice.
- Pasteurization
After short-term sterilization (15-30 seconds, 85-95℃), cool immediately to inactivate microorganisms and reduce thermal damage.
- Aseptic filling
It is filled into pre-sterilized packaging (Tetra Pak, PET bottles, etc.) in a sterile environment, with the entire process isolated from oxygen.
- Refrigerated storage
The finished products need to be transported and stored under full cold chain (0-4℃), and the shelf life is usually several days.
